Who We Are
Founded by Nurses, Driven by Purpose
Neema Staffing and Homecare Agency LLC was started in 2022 by two Registered Nurses who came together after experiencing the shortage of nursing staff in different facilities and home care settings across the state of Minnesota during the COVID-19 era.
The goal was to help facilities meet their staffing needs and help take better care of their patients without the burnout of their regular staff at an effective cost. We continue to serve our clients in different settings across the state of Minnesota.
We are located in the City of Otsego in Wright County, Minnesota.
