Professional Qualifications
We Work with Highly Qualified Healthcare Professionals
All our healthcare professionals are carefully screened and selected based on the following criteria:
- Current license with Minnesota Department of Health
- Employment eligibility verification and documentation establishing identity and work authorization
- Criminal background checks and annual OIG/EPLS verification
- Verification of recent work references
- Satisfactory results on TB test, as applicable to position
- Current BLS/CPR certification for nurses
- Recent performance evaluations
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
- Other immunizations as required by client
- Completion of annual regulatory training (HIPAA, OSHA, Dementia)
- Minimum experience: 6 months for NARs, 1 year for nurses
